Automation Aids has been known as a trusted source in printer service/maintenance for over 25 years.  We know how important it is to keep your operations running smoothly with as little machine downtime as possible.  We offer on-site repair services the next day or in some cases even the same day.  If it’s more convenient, we also offer Depot servicing which allows customers to drop off their machines so they can be repaired at our office.  Once we do a full inspection, repair and cleaning for your machine we will have it ready to get back into action.  AAI has access to all necessary replacement parts and kits for whichever printer requires servicing.  Our standard rates are as follows:

• $99.00 per hour service fee for any on-site or depot service job
• $25.00 flat travel fee
• Quoted cost of any replacement or repair part needed for your machine
